I would agree that the charger is not exactly the "Speedy Box" it is advertised as.

More importantly (for me), it does not appear to charge the 9v batteries using Delta V technology. Your post has made me decide to give this particular charger a miss.

Remember you can return the goods to 7dayshop for a full refund if you are not happy with the purchase.

I have received the above order today but am very disappointed to find that the battery charger I ordered is certainly not a 'speedybox' as advertised. Its charging times are very slow indeed and I think that the ad is very misleading from this respect. I wish to return the item for a full refund can you please advise me on how to do this.Thank you.

Sorry for the problem. Provided the item is in absolutely original condition, and you are sending the item back within 7 days of receipt, you may return the unwanted item to the address on the invoice. We advise the use of signed for delivery as we can not be held responsible for items being returned lost in transit.Nor for the cost of the return. If you wish to order an alternative item please place a new order online. In all cases, we do not accept returns of photographic film, DVD's, CD's, or software.

Doesnt your website state that if anyone isnt 101% satisfied with their goods then they can return within 30 days for a full refund? Are you going to change the advert regarding the chargers ability?

On the actual advert for the charger it says in bold writing the following!

I would be grateful for a refund of postage as a gesture of goodwill on your companys behalf as I have not only been misled by the ad but also helped you in your product analysis and pointed out statements on your website that you didn't seem to be aware of.

This one is £5 cheaper than the one I bought at 7dayshop (and returned) and looks identical but with better charging times! Maybe the Energizer is better,anyone got one??

Maplin one charges 2400 in about an hour. Go for the maplin one, the batteries alone cost £12.99 in maplin so the charger for £7 is not bad, plus atleast two people have bought that including myself. you can also get a student discount as long as you go there by 5th of november.
