Tropical fish feeder £1.99, tap safe 39p

Options
Was in Home Bargains and they have automatic fish feeders for £1.99 and I beleive these retail for about £20 normally, Ideal for holidays and you can set it to feed twice a day. They also have Tap safe 100ml which is sufficient for treating 55 litres of tap water for 39p. They also have fish care which keeps fish healthy for 39p. Fish food (flake) was 29p

Very good bargains and ive started a new thread rather than merge with home bargain one because tropical fish owners will know this is a very good buy and could miss it if its merged.

I did buy a huge supply :D

I buy Aqua plus I get 2 litres for £14.95

100ml of this would treat 700L Vs this vio stuff that treats 55L per 100ml

So it costs me 6p to treat 55L.

well I didnt do the mathematics on it but on low income pulling out 39p is a lot easier than £14.95.

Edit to add : Just done a search and have seen it selling at £1.99, £2.49 so yeah i think 39p is a bargain.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I think the water treatment that I saw was Interpet Vivo Care fish tonic.

It said to add every four weeks so I know it can't be normal tap water stuff. You should add that every time you change the water which should be more than every four weeks.

I think it may be old stock as I am sure there wasn't a green cross on the front of the box as shown on some of the sites that sell it.

This is supposed to be used with a Vivo Aquarium.

The fish feeder is only for use with the vivo aquarium pictured.

Apparently it no good to use on other tanks .I didn't risk buying one to see if it can easily be modified to fit other tanks ( i will just continue to buy the holiday food blocks).

They have the gravel cleaner syphons for 99p too. i bought one of those.
