Its a simple concept really, if theres a bus lane clearly marked then you dont enter it and if you do then you could get a fine

It is against site rules to use "make a shorter link" and similar sites, which is why the original link was blocked.

If you want to insert a link, simply insert a link. There's no need to abbreviate it.

lol. A colleague, a not much liked one at that got 3 in 4 weeks from that camera. Dumb soul still does not know how he was caught.

Has anyone seen the black and white smart cars that have roof cameras operating in manchester? I complained to the council about one of them. Mrs punkstoner filmed one whilst i was driving travelling at over 45 in a 30.

Obviously rushing to catch the next lawbreaker.

This country is going to hell in a handcart. All the powers that be desire is to make criminals of the population.

It will not be long before I quit driving (and work if needs be)......and im only 31.

Bus lanes wind me up. When the busses serve all, not just those that work days i might accept them.

If busses were a municipal, non profit making service I could understand it. Stagecoach and the like are profit making companies, and its canis canem edit out their.

What next, lanes for woolworths lorries only?

Highway code states "give way to busses".... (this is because nine times outta ten, a bus driver is to dumb to use mirrors)
  • why are we warning people, they deserve to be punished

why do people deserve to be punished for something so silly.

    My assumptions.

    1) you are a bus user.
    2) you dont drive, or know the expense of it
    3) you wear sandals
    4) you do something lefty liberal for a living, like a social worker

'stone' and 'under' are two words that come to mind
  • Most bus lanes in Manchester only operate between the hours of 7am-10am 4pm 7pm. Outside of these hours you should be driveing in them, it annoys me that so called professional drivers do not know or appear not to know the rules. I have even seen a learner driver swerve out of a bus lane at 10 15am, i saw the instructor make hand signals to the pupil to move over to the right i can only hope they take the driveing test at mid day or they are bound to fail

Yes when I as learning I was always told to use the bus lane if it was out of hours of it's operation, as it is lane discipline to keep left.

Don't you mean that they need to take the test between 7-10 or 4-7, because otherwise they'll get failed for NOT driving in the bus lane?

Surely at noon they'll get failed?
  • yes you are right but you knew what i meant
