Lost channel 4

I went to watch a programme on channel 4 last night and it has disappeared.

I have virgin media, when I tried to bring it up through the channel guide it is missing from the list, have I managed to delete it somehow, if so how do I get it back please........................

I did notice when the box was on that there was an led light on the top row, never noticed this before.....

I don't know of a way of deleting channels from your Digibox. I'd try rebooting the Digibox and i fthat doesn't work phone Virgin, you rent the kit so it won't cost anything to get them to fix it.

How do I re boot the digi box?????

It was turned off last night and this morning is still not showing channel 4.

You turn it off and on. My V+ box has a reboot button on the front but to do it properly you switch it off at the plug leave it a minute and then switch it back on.

OK, done that a couple of times and its now showing again. Thank you....

Virgin are having problems just now, the broadband was down for 24 hours Tues - Weds and looking at the net this morning it appears to have been countrywide, still not completely resolved.
