just really fed up with my life at the mo but up to weller,maybe I should put it into perpective, just don't know how at the mo, feel a bit worthless

ok, in NO way are you worthless. everybody on this planet has worth. and look at you!! you're running a marathon! that is definately definately something to be proud of and focus on. has something triggered these feelings that you can put your finger on? (((hugs)))

Oh only talks when he wants and shouts when I want to say something, and I'm at work 24/7 while he lives in my flat with my son who also never wants to talk unless he wants something, rest of family never have time but expect me to, so feel worthless and invisible most of the time:mad:

Awww, sorry your post got missed herewegoagain - you're definitely not worthless OR invisible. Sometimes I think posts can get missed if they are the last one on the page - I think that might have been what happened to yours. I was popping in and out, and I didn't see it, probably because I replied to a post just before yours, and it would have then thrown me onto the last page.

Hope you're okay anyway - I usually see you on the SW thread but have been 'studiously avoiding' diet threads recently. Will have to go and face the music at some point though!
