Bancruptcy worries

It was the best/easiest thing i ever did as far as worrying over debt, trying to pay the min payments, phone calls, dreading the post. From a personal level it was the hardest thing i ever did. It has taken me 7 mths to come to terms with what i did and even now i am still deeply ashamed of getting myself into a situation that only bc got me out of. For some people the emoional side is easier, just depends on the person, their take on life, upbringing ect.DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Hi tiger
Yes I agree I fully expected them to close the account but it wasn't the call centre I rang but my local branch and spoke to the manager there, so I am kind of hopeing he knows what he's talking about
but I will pop into the branch tomorrow to see them in person to double check :rotfl:
Either way I'm not to bother because I opened another account, a Co-op one, over the phone. The only thing Lloyds TSB would be usefull for is ordering online from tesco's when i'm not well enought to go out and because it's local, putting in cheques I get etc. but if I can't it's not the end of the world

Sorry but if I had a pound for every time I had heard that I would be rich. The manager can't tell you they will keep the account open. It will be frozen as they are not BR friendly.
If you want to shop at Tesco get yourself a pre-paid credit card
