What are the chances of a very cheap holiday ?

In a matter of days, I have gone from thinking about selling my touring caravan, to having a buyer :j , now I have some very unexpected cash (I thought it would take months to sell it) and as we were going to have to go without a holiday this year, I have decided it is only fair some of the money goes on a short break.
Seriously, what are the chances of a holiday abroad for one adult, 2 kids (10 & 12) for about £600 ?, I don't care where it is, as long as there is a beach, a pool and some sun.
I have work booked in, until 3rd August and can go anytime after that, Any suggestions of where I look ?
