Easyjet & broken legs

We recently flew with Easyjet to attend grandparents golden wedding anniversary in Edinburgh.

The Easyjet wording said that we needed a doctors note to say that my son, who had a broken leg, was fit to fly. The letter from the doctor was faxed to the airport and was acceptable to North terminal but rejected at South terminal. So he was refused permission to fly.

Really shame and missed by all the family.

Moral of the story? only fly from North terminal if you have a broken limb?

If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
    Spring begins on 21st March.
  • Thanks for the messages - I emailed Easyjet and got one reply that wasn't helpful - but radio silence since.
