I think after your BR it might be worth going through Uswitch and seeing if you can reduce your gas and electricity or even before. You have a deficit and you will need to show you are taking steps to bring this under controll.

On your I&E it says there is 3 adults in the house is this correct? Or is it 2 adults and your child?

Are you getting all the tax credits atc. you are entitled to? Check here https://www.entitledto.co.uk

Also make sure you join Freecycle https://www.freecycle.org . Like ebay but you express an interest in an item and if you are chosen then you can pick it up for free.

Sorry sweet, of course. I am tired tonight (baby teething and keeping me up!) and having a brain freeze.about your circumstances.

OK housekeeping as it is for 1 person is fine.perhaps upto £190 and see what the OR says, with the rise in food prices etc. it seems fair.

Clothes leave as you had it.

to tiger feet and other helpers..(peachy and co ;) ) thank you for all your advice...im not there yet but have made a big step in my own eyes by telling my work (HR and FD) of my situation/plans..they were supportive and said it would not affect my job and said they would give any advice if necessary...surprised really...you think the way people are nowadays theyd look down their nose but the forum has helped me realise otherwise...i may sound a bit lile a alcoholic here but it gives you the confidence to act...your never overoptimistic as the pitfalls are told but your given relevant help in a situation that is very difficult for people outside of it to help with...its helped me massively and hopefully will continue to throughoput my BR..thanks again....
