    Ole if one of the debt charities have said you are a candidate for BR then they are right. The judges respect the opinion of the debt charities and know they won't suggest it if there is no good cause to, so I know you won't listen but please don't stress

    hahah...it just feels like a big leap into the unknown...feel immensely irresponsible and cant help but feel if i was a judge id want to slap my wrist and make me deal with it haha...thanks again for all advice..the site and all of you have been very helpful...ill contact cccs again tomorrow to make double sure thne ill keep the copy of my dmp and ring the court for a date.....

    thanks....i have a company car at present so dont pay road tax or insurance..just massive fuell bill as im far from the office and dont get expenses for travelling to and from...loans my fathers..ive spoke with him and am going to see once bankrupt if i can give him some surplus...

    any other generic info really appreciated...

    Just had a thought are there any arrears in your gas and electric? If so you need to take them out.

    it does help as always ..on my insolvency petition it says to put the amount on your last staement for gas and electric...its about 70 and 45 normally...ive submitted my dmp to cccs but will make some changes tomorrow as ive missed a few things...b+c insurance and left some low as youu pointed out...ill amend them tomorrow ...thanks
