Ole if one of the debt charities have said you are a candidate for BR then they are right. The judges respect the opinion of the debt charities and know they won't suggest it if there is no good cause to, so I know you won't listen but please don't stress

thanks....i have a company car at present so dont pay road tax or insurance..just massive fuell bill as im far from the office and dont get expenses for travelling to and from...loans my fathers..ive spoke with him and am going to see once bankrupt if i can give him some surplus...

it does help as always ..on my insolvency petition it says to put the amount on your last staement for gas and electric...its about 70 and 45 normally...ive submitted my dmp to cccs but will make some changes tomorrow as ive missed a few things...b+c insurance and left some low as youu pointed out...ill amend them tomorrow ...thanks0
