Which card for cheapst BT to current account?

I'm sure this has been covered many times but not sure if things have changed in the recent climate.
Which CC would allow me to transfer available credit to my own CC at low cost?
Believe it was the MBNA CC recently -Is this still the case?

    I think there's a Virgin card that does it for 2.95%. MBNA is 3%. It's all in one of the recently updated articles I think.
