One of four things, (1) youv'e thrown the wrong print cartridge away (2)you have left the film over the contacts or head, (3) duff cartridge (4) duff printer. I'd say that no 3 would be my best bet.

is it under warranty? Have you tried a self test - if that printer supports it.

    Are any other colours printing?

Check the print settings are set to print in colour.

remove the cartridge and gently wipe over with a heads of the cartridge with a slight damp piece of kitchen towel.

Try checking in the printer settings in windows, for utils such as prime cartridge or clean heads.

The test print works and prints as always..yes i ahve removed the strips off them! new printer and works fine..confused! oh and it prints every colour apart from green?..still!

is it a 3 colour cartridge? typically green is produced by spraying a mix of yellow and cyan colours.

If reading correctly - you've tried another printer on your computer and it still doesnt print green? Is it a parallel or usb printer? If it is a parallel printer check that all the pins are straight.

So your friend uses the same ink cartridges? take your printer around and put all of your colours in his printer and if they all work it must be your printer
