I know instore if you buy sale items they are non returnable, it's not the same online is?

DD1 is nearly 9 but depending on the item I have to get bigger sizes but don't know what will fit her properly & don't want to be stuck with items I can't return.

They are exchangeable for the value you paid for them.

So if you paid €5, you get £5 credit

I'm in the same boat, they've even taken the money from my credit card (not just blocked it with a 'Pending Transaction') but they stubbornly refuse to actually put it on a truck and send it out the door !

3 small packs sent individually (within 2 hours of each other from the same distribution and logistics center), and 3 big packages stuck for 2 days on 'Items Despatching Soon' Purgatory!

you can see that theres 50% off certain electricals. So a hair dryer that was £25 is reduced to £9, but at the moment you are getting a further 50% off, taking it to £4.50. £25 to £4.50 seems good to me :beer:

Have they emailed you to cancel all the items??

is anyone else having similar problems? I will be furious if I don't get my orders, have ordered 3 new suits for a new job I am starting soon:mad: :mad:

In total I have ordered 29 items spread over 5 orders, the last order was placed this morning and up to know I have received 19 items. Another 4 have been sent out as I have the tracking number. There are only 6 items pending that I sent this morning and it says "coming soon".

I still think doing smaller orders gives me a better chance of getting everything and as it is free delivery over £30 it makes no difference to me.

I would like to congratulate M&S, for the last few years I have stayed up, even on Christmas day and ordered and each year they have messed it all up big time.

This year for the first time ever all my items have been accepted, none cancelled and I have received the despatch notices so hopefully that means it has successfully been processed.

There was a moment when I wondered what the hell I was doing up at midnight with two preschoolers due to wake at any god given hour, but at last it was worth it.

Well done M&S finally, whatever process you have put in place it finally seems to be working
