They started updating the prices from about 10:30PM last night online, so that's when my first order went in

not that much instore..compared to the winter sale. Says 1/2 price but only found some mens shoes for £15 from £29.50. Some shirts from £25 to £15, but was hoping for exciting offer like last time shirts for £5! maybe they will do more cost cutting for unsold stock over the week?0

Just back from my nearest M&S.
Really buzy in store, lots of things reduced and staff still bringing out more.
Got £82 worth for £29 as some things less than half price also used £10 voucher from exchanging foreign currency a few weeks back (posted by some lovely person on here).
so total = £19 .. really pleased

Went to the Birmingham store this morning and the kids sale was pretty rubbish! i managed to find one pair of jeans, a couple of t shirts, no socks, undies or pyjamas for my little ones! definitely not worth the effort for the kiddie sale But on a brighter note i did find lots of lingerie in my size.0

They weren't 'pinched'.
The system updates it's Stock regularly (tho definitely not regularly enough!) and if it's out of stock in the size or colour then it is moved to your Saved Items...even during a trasnsaction
Those items might come back, so keep checking your online basket/Save Items regularly and you might get it.
The only way to be sure is to go and order it instore the day before the sale and buy instore on the day...

I have just received 2 parcels from orders that were placed on the evening before the sale started so I am well impressed.
I sent 3 orders in that night and 2 on sale day and everything has been dispatched. How good is that?0
