Epson printer cables.

I had to get a new printer recently, and got a Epson stylusC46, it replaced another similar Epson, so i didn't bother to get a new cable and just used the old one, so.....could this be the reason why the new printer goes so slowly. It takes about 3 mins to print off a single page black/white text from the internet.With the old printer it took less than 60 seconds, any ideas please.

It could be that your new printer supports USB2 and your old USB and cable are USB1 maybe?0
