put this in the search box
("cash on collection", "buyer must collect", "collection only", "no postage", "pick up only", "unable to post", "needs to be collected", "Collection in Person only", "can't post")
then adjust price & distance
then add to favourite searches0 -

Why do you need to put all that? Just put in your post code then select how many miles. If you want something for pick up only just check the free p&p box.The View Belongs To Everyone0 -

When you have a load of high volume Powersellers in the local area, this pulls through thousands of listings, and every car for sale in that area, but you also need to select a starting category to search within, rather than the whole site to browse.
Besides, free P&P and local pickup only are not linked together in ebay listings. If a buyer goes to the postage options and selects "Local Pickup only", the postage options disappear, including the Free P&P tickbox..<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
searching also picks up mistitled, poorly listed items
eg i got a slam man(costs about £200 or so new) for £30 just this week
its was listed with £3 postage but this was obviolusly a mistake as they weigh 100kg filled
mine was brand new as well0 -
You can sort results by the closest to your address first. You can also choose to look for auction items only, which usually filters out a bit !!!!. Didn't know about the local pick up bit (which I can't find). The View Belongs To Everyone0

Sorry to drag up an old thread but it is relevant.
Overnight the search facility seems to have altered . The searches below which have always shown up about 25 to 35 pages of items when searching within 10 miles of home for auction only now only bring up about 10 to 15 items.
Could a few of you try them and see what you get and if possible post a solution as I am baffled.
Even http://www.localbargainfinder.co.uk/ only finds a hand full now when it used to list thousands !
Cheers

No idea why but my postcode brings up just 5 items, all have pick up or collection in the title, maybe they have now set it to just find collection or similar terms in the title.0
