I have a pivot table which is used to see what assets need servicing. I have due date in the row section, with location and asset number in columns. When you selected the date you want to see this shows you which assets need servicing and where they are.
When you update the date serviced in the sheet with all the data the new due date is automatically calculated, however, once the pivot table has been refreshed the date the they were due is shown although if you select it it shows no assets which is correct but is it possible to remove it from the drop down list?
Thanks for any help.

So as we are using excel 2003 the field must be removed the data refreshed and the field reinserted every time the sheet is updated.0 -

Is New Due Date a different column to Due Date?0

due date is calculated from a date serviced which is input. Date due column is not touched by the user.
The suggestion posted by f1charlies has worked - thank you.0
