We ordered a 6 seater patio set paying £200 plus £20 delivery. When we unpacked the table we noticed that it was plain black glass whereas the brochure shows a picture of clear frosted glass.
Unfortunately there were a few scratches on it and this has got worse due to the nature of the glass.
The lady at Wilko was very helpful and offered to provide a full refund and arrange for collection. The catalogue was showing last year's picture.
We had already put the chairs together and they were quite fiddly and to our pleasant surprise she offered a £50 refund which was credited to our card the same day. :beer:
Definitely be buying from this company again.
