recurring message-FILES NEEDED

After logging onto Windows, the following message keeps appearing-
FILES NEEDED
The file'Rtlnic51.sys'on Realtek RTL8139/810X/8169/8110 all in one NDIS Driver is needed.
Type the path where the file is locatd, & then click OK.
Copy files from:(and the choice is.....)
c\:windows\options\cabs
C:\DRIVERS\SONY\USB
or Browse
HELP!!! Kids have MP3 players & a webcam, I had problem on Windows Media Player trying to load music over to MP3 as I couldnt get E drive as a choice & so just had to copy & paste music files over between folders. Any advice for how to get rid of message/sort things out???? Many thanks everyone.

If you have a sony webcam stick the installation disk in and when it comes
up browse point the browse dialogue box to the CD, as it could seem that
some drivers are missing or moved...0
