Yes, I think Snapfish and Truprint are the same company.

Snapfish did credit the replacement MemoryBooks to my account and send the replacements in the end - it took a little while, as I then had to place the order again, but I ended up a satisfied customer. It also meant that I had three spare books (the ones with the wrong aspect ratios), as the company never asked for those back, so we gave those to the best man and the two bridesmaids.

Back to MyPixMania: In the end I had to go to my credit card company to get my payment refunded. I had already sent off proof of address to MyPixmania as requested (unreasonable a request though it was) and got no response whatsoever. Avoid like the plague!

I've used Photobox a few times now, I have been very very pleased with the results. On one occaision I needed to contact them to amend an order and I can say that their customer service was absolutely excellent.
