Hi,I have been finding marestail in my tomato pots,this can only have come from the compost,it was "bought in"as I hadn't enough of my own.The brand of compost will not be used again.
Each little plant had about an inch of woody old root atached.
Hopefully I can catch it all before it gets into the garden.If you think this has helped make my day and hit the thanks button:beer:0 -

..thats why you shouldnt put it in your local authority garden waste recycling scheme. Alot of the waste goes to make compost and if its not been thoughly killed it can survive and then reappear in compost.0 -
