Bamber19 has hit the nail on the head. Please refer to my earlier post in this thread - don't ever agree to be the guarantor for a loan unless you are happy to pay off the entire loan youself. In this specific instance it seems that even making a single payment was going to be awkward/difficult for you, so you shouldn't have agreed to be guarantor. Perhaps your personal financial circumstances have changed since agreeing to be a guarantor, and now you cannot meet your legal obligations as guarantor, but that is something you really should have considered before agreeing to be a guarantor."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

I am sure im am being slightly misunderstood my concern is that this company obviously have no communication skills and are not fully trained as they should be in their field. I am merely trying to warn anyone who may be looking to use this company in future of this.
what a shame it is that on such a helpful tool such as this forum, people will post a comment to be only sarcastic. perhaps i just dont get it having such a full life with lots to do! (if you cant beat em join em!!lol)
The loan company is a business, and are just looking after their own interests and collecting the money owed.
Many companies have poor communication skills.
People are not being sarcastic, they're just pointing out that no matter what disaster life throws at us, we still have to keep our financial responsibilities.
My dad had a quadruple heart bypass and despite being in hospital for a few weeks, still managed to make sure the mortgage/bills were paid!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
I dont think asking a reasonable question, is being sarcastic, all we are asking is how a night in a hospital could delay payments, and how long have the payments fell behind (a month, 2 months?) where is the sarcasm in asking a reasonable question?I am sure im am being slightly misunderstood my concern is that this company obviously have no communication skills and are not fully trained as they should be in their field. I am merely trying to warn anyone who may be looking to use this company in future of this.
