The Bed Shed customer service

I ordered a bed form them and it felt like it was sagging in the middle, i phoned and they said customer services would call me back, which they did. They sent me a new bed, totally free and no charge for delivery (which was £30 in store) and took the old one away.
The new bed had the same problem, sagging in the middle, so i phoned them again and they asked me to come into the store to choose a new bed and again collected the old one. I paid the difference for the new bad and delivery was free again!
My new bed is amazing and i am super impressed with their customer service!
