Can I switch again and get another 12 bottles of wine?

Just recieved my twelve free bottles of wine from Virgin, which was the offer on Uswitch for changing suppliers of gas and electricity. As I've no more loyalty to my new supplier, Npower, as I did to Eon my old suppier. Would it be to soon to switch again and get another twelve bottles in a few months?
