Hi I have booked an appointment for myself and my wife with France consulate london through phone....I have given a date for next month, and was told I will receive a confirmation letter soon...Does anybody have a clue by when do I receive my confirmation letter. and If I dont receive it, whom should I approach for the same?
I have already spent more than 20£ on booking appointment  ...I can't again spend more quids by calling 09 premium visa enquiry number
All suggestions and advise are greatly appreciated...thanks
Also does anyone know any access numbers to call 09 premium numbers?

I got the email address, but do they respond well through email?0

It is their policy not to respond to emails that ask question that are answered by information on their website. I once emailed them and got no response, so emailed again threatening to complain to Solvit if they did not respond. I got a quick reply, consisting of my questions and they had pasted in the text from their website that they felt answered each question.
So they do seem to read email, but are arrogant unhelpful ****s.
I suggest you send a brief and polite email, saying that you are anxious that you have not yet received an appointment letter, and unless they are able to resolve the problem you will seek help from Solvit.0 -
you should receive it soon after you booked it through the phone. Takes probably a week the most.
They usually dont answer to letters or emails.Do Something Amazing- Give Blood0
