Problem calls

This evening ( in the last 2 and a half hours) I have received 7 calls from an unavailable number which when you answer it, rings briefly, and then someone asks if they are speaking to me, I dont tell them who I am but have just asked the company name and they say its the Carphone Warehouse. Even though I said on the first call, and every call since, that I am with the TPS and they shouldnt be calling they have jsut continued.

We had 3 yesterday as well. My mum and dad have had loads this afternoon.

Just wanted to warn people and see if anyone else was getting them.

I have tried to get in contact with the CPW customer service but have ahd no success. Have emailed the CEO via the website.

Maybe it's one of those call centres from abroad, in which case the TPS does not apply, if I remember correctly, but I could be wrong.

Why not tell them you will get who they want and will put them on hold, put a radio by the phone and leave them hanging. They usually get the message.
