Brabantia great service

Just a quick post to let everyone know about some great service I've had from Brabantia, I know their bins are not cheap but our touch bin lid failed a week ago and to replace was £40 ! So I emailed Brabantia via their website and very quickly they replied to tell me the bin had a 10 year guarantee they asked me what was wrong with it, I replied and then they asked me to package it up and send it back to them, they even provided a print off postage paid address label. Less than a week later I received a complete brand new bin lid.
Great service and a quick turn around, worth remembering if you have any Brabantia products that some of them have a 10 year guarantee...
