Freeview set top box - Technosonic

Can anyone explain why the speech and the lip movement appears to be out of synchronisation after a while. If I switch channels and switch back again, they are back in sync !

    Poor signal strength.... Try a fresh install, First time set up.

    Also local interference overloading the boxes ability to correct errors. The stronger the original signal the less chance local interference has to ruin your viewing experience.
    J_B. (switching things on and off in poorly designed electrical circuits are a source of local interference).
