    got a reply from OR office saying exemption certificate is in the post so i should have it tomorrow!! yippee i can now get rid of the gas guzzling monster and get a more efficent car!! of course to the same value as the one i own.

    WOOOOHOOOO! I just got a letter from my OR today saying that my car is exempt. Fabulous! I went BR in May and have been fretting about it. I live in a fairly rural place, don't work but need it to get about with little one. Debtless I'm glad that you got good news too!!!
