Anyone got their Free Karcher Pressure Washer yet? (Tesco)

I got mine a few weeks ago too, no Tesco's in my city so had to get it delivered!

had an error using the code initially, but thats because Tesco issued me a new card (unexpectedly without me asking!) which then didnt match the one i ordered the insurance on..

Just changed my linked Clubcard # left it an overnight and bobs ya uncle...

You can have delivered, but there is a charge... cant remember how much but not massive....

(Also turns out that my patio is lovely flag stones instead of the murky green sludge that was on top of it :-) ))

still waiting for mine,
took out the insurance on 23 june, got a letter on 18 july saying my voucher was on its way,still havent recieve voucher so called today 11 august and was told they have been inundated with this offer and are waiting anew delivery from karcher, and those people who applied after 17 june for insurance wont get thiers until october!!!! what good is a car washer in october? i took out the insurance just to get the pressure washer for the summer.waste of time.wont be renewing with them!

I got mine last month well actually it was my wifes but i paid her insurance so.. yes they take a while but you will get a letter and maybe a phone call .. you will get your washer

Just received a letter and a cheque for £100 stating they cannot supply the Karcher washer. Didn't want the washer anyway so a bit of a result .

That sounds promising as I'm still waiting for my voucher. Was told it would be 6 weeks after the start date of my insurance (started on 31/7/2008). £100 cheque would be very nice.

We received a voucher code yesterday, so it doesn't look like everyone is getting cheques.

i received my e voucher code today, but when I try to use it an error code comes up saying not valid promotion over!

This information might help you people who haven't received your power washer yet.

Call Tesco Customer Services , they will need to issue you with an e-Voucher , you need your policy number which will look something should be a 8 digit code. Once you have this goto Tesco Direct and register an account.

Now if your logged in you will need to add the Karcher Power Washer £100 to your basket and goto checkout , you might have to goto the store and pick it up or pay to get it delivered.

At the credit card screen there is an option to voucher / coupon , you will see this added to the list , it might take a few minutes for the balance should goto £0.00 if not empty the shopping basket and re-add the item at checkout you should see the balance goto £0.00. .



That should be it.
