Locked out of NatWest online banking - how do I get back in?

I can't get into online banking for my NatWest accounts. I accidentally filled in my log in details wrong a couple of times this morning - since then I have definitely been doing it correctly but get a message saying the figures don't match the ones they hold.

I can't find a phone number anywhere and the online help pages are no use at all. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with them? Or do I have to re-register?

Thanks for any advice anyone can give.

Thanks espresso - but the annoying thing is I haven't forgotten my numbers - I'm entering the correct ones and it says it doesn't recognise them!

Have you checked your Caps Lock? Once you have failed so many attempts you will be locked out, so need to get it reactivated anyway.

Try this number for internet banking 0800 88 11 77. If it's no good then they should be able to point you in the right direction for assistance.
It could be as simple as espresso suggests re caps lock. You'll need to contact them to reactivate though.

Thanks so much. That phone no led to a helpful chap who took the block off. Sure enough they had blocked it as I had entered the number incorrectly a couple of times.
    All sorted now!
