Thermostatic Bar Mixer Shower

We have had three fitted, they are Italian, dh reckons they are by a company called Panini!
Anyway, the plumber has fitted the hot water to the side of the bar with the red sticker, which happens to be the right hand side.
Now it would seem that cold is hot and hot is cold?? Help? Is this going to be expensive to fix? I can't see that he has done anything wrong. I have the assembly guide here, but it doesn't even mention the name or model of it. Our plumber is unavailable till the end of the week and I am worried this is going to be a huge problem!

If he has fitted the hot to the red sticker, it will be fine. As they can be fitted left or right handed. It all depends on which side you want the control head.A thankyou is payment enough .0

Phew, so you just mean that he needs to swap the temperature control end for the on/off end?0

But, if it was on the other end, the numbers on the thermostatic end would be upside down.

Is there something inside the bar, that can be changed over?0
