Has anyone else ever received emails from egg informing them of a BT offer for 3.9% whilst in their anniversary month?
I didn't even realise I was in my anniversary month until I emailed them regarding another matter. I sent another email asking them to confirm it was the month and they did just that, but I'm a bit worried about doing the transaction onlline incase I get the 3.9% rate and the charge. I'll phone.
I'm sure egg used to let you know it was the anniversary month!
Has this happened to anyone else?

They don't remind you of your anniversary month unless asked.
There was another promotion about 6 months ago which overlapped the anniversary month for some people, I don't think it is anything sinister, it just looks that way

I got this offer recently too.
Bit miffed as my anniversary starts in November, and they never offer me anything for the rest of the year!Bank Charges Claimed: 180
Debenhams card: 600 now paid
Littlewoods: 100 now paid0 -
I got offered it not long after my anniversary period finished, so I think you were just unlucky
