Switching to alternative tariff

What happens if you use one of the switching sites to switch to a different tariff with your current provider? It surely can't work - can it? :undecided

    Im not sure why you would tbh, it wouldnt go through as you already have a live account registered to your address,

    You would have to phone or use your online bit to change your tariff with your current supplier
