It's basically a small lap quilt that you can turn into a pillow through the wonders of a bit of fabric sewn to the back.
Size wise it depends on how much fabric and filling you have to use. I've used a kingsize duvet, cut into 4, hemmed on all edges. Cut your fabric according to the size and make like a mini duvet cover for it. Attach another bit of fabric (right side in) to form a pocket and then you can fold the quilt into the "pocket"."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0
