Automated Repsonses From Customer Services

Is it me, but don't you just hate carefully worded letters from customer service departments which have been generated by the head office computer? They seem as if they are responding to your grievance and you go away happy. Only later to discover that the reply you received merely came from a standard response from their system and infact no one has taken the time to personally investigate the problem.

I would like to see a secrion where I could cut and paste an email response on to this site and then be able to see how many others got the exact same response.

What ever has happened to personal customer service - these Companies, Mr T, for example, should be shamed.
