Loola pushchair

I just bought a Loola pushchair on ebay and the seat unit is really wobbly! I was just wondering if anyone has one of these pushchairs and could tell me if this is normal or not. Thanks.

hi. i've got one which i bought second hand nearly a year ago. I've had a look at a few and they are quite rattley in the handles and the chassis does flex quite a lot. My hubby tightened up all the nuts and bolts and this improved it a lot. over time i think they must become looser, so the probelms more acute in second hand ones. the pushchair unit has a mechanism at the back to move seat forward and back- it needs to make a click sound so it doesn't move around, but it is quite fiddly so have a play.My baby is nearly 11 months now and still in it and i've loved it, she's been lovely and snug in there and 100% safe. HTH.

I looked at the Loola when I was buying a buggy for my daughter - I decided against it because of the wobbling, which seemed standard in all the ones I saw.

As the previous poster said - perhaps try tightening all the bolts and see if that helps.

i too have a loola, and may i ask another question?

i cant seem to decide whether the seat is in the upright position correctly, as it doesnt seem very upright IYSWIM! i have a little runabout stroller, which my DD2 actually prefers, as she can sit bolt upright, and see what is going on!

Does the loola not sit straight up?

  • Thanks for all your replies and help - it does seem to be that this is what the Loola is like! If that is normal then I'm really happy with it as I love my baby facing me.:cheesy:

Jetcat - My Loola doesn't sit up completely either and I think this too is normal and just how they are!

FYI when I was in Mothercare looking at the Loola the assistant said to me that they recommend that you remove the seat unit completely before folding the pushchair down as it can put extra strain on the chassis- but I reckon most people probably don't do this and this is why they can get a bit wobbly?!?!

    Hi,

I love my Loola, it doesnt wobble but the handles can be quite hard to get them in to click in place (iyswim)

Had mine for new for about 12 months - maybe the wobbling is a use thing.
