    Hi there,

does anyone know if you still get points for Amazon if you use a voucher in the purchase? I remember cdwow used to be a bit iffy about giving you points if you used a voucher and wondered if Amazon were the same. I've checked the terms and conditions and it says "No PiggyPoints will be awarded if another offer or discount is used in the same transaction" but can't quite decide if this includes vouchers.

    Many thanks for any advice

I used vouchers before and got cashback ok.

I'm a bit confused about registering my credit card with pigsback on the hog the high street section, although I have used pigsback for nearly a year now and enjoy it my husband has pointed out a couple of things that make me nervous about putting my credit card on there, perhaps if anybody else could shed some light on this I could shut him up :p and earn some more points.:j

Legally pigsback cannot pass on my card details to any other organisation except the credit card company themselves. (or law enforcement agencies, don't think that quite applies in this case)

Legally the same applies to the high street stores where I use my card.

Unless the credit card company themselves are tracking on behalf of pigsback how will pigsback know where I have spent my money, without my details being passed around.

Maybe hes missing something really obvious but as well as saving money this forum has taught me to be very careful with my financial info.

I have not bothered with that, knowing how pigsback make so many errors I would not trust them with any credit/debit card of mine.

Having said that I don't trust chip and pin either and that is why I have a chip and signature card.

when I try to print out a coupnon for my smootie I get the competition site only, no coupon option. I have already had a coupon for this from another site, is this why? Anybody else?:o

Me too, just end up going around in circles but no option for coupon.

All you do is register the long number across your debit/credit card - you don't give the expiry date or the security code on the back of the card. I have done this with Mutual Points and it works ok.

The only thing which worries me is that Pigsback says: "PiggyPoint allocation should take no longer than 60 days." With Mutual Points, the points are usually credited within a few days. 60 days seems a bit too long and you know the record Pigsback has with crediting points.rolleyes.gif Still I'm willing to give Pigsback a try. We'll see how it goes.
