I got nowhere when I asked them about the quizzes that couldn't be answered a few weeks ago, and the changed answers to questions,
They'll probably come up with some fairy story again about no winners, or even change it to fewer quizzes
I think racecaller is hitting them harder than they expected

This is the arcadia website, http://www.arcadiagroup.co.uk/ all the names at the bottom are shops they are redeemable in, selfridges isnt there. There is a contact button there, so maybe worth a ask
