austrian airlines were going to start a flight from london to jeddah from august so i booked aflight in september with them ive already got my e ticket now they say they are going to start this route from october so they shifted me to swiss airlines i dont want to go with swiss because you have to do one stops instead of one and the hours are more anything i can do

See if you can talk to someone about your concerns. Lufthansa is part of the same company, so they should be able to find a flight at acceptable times for you. Otherwise explain that you will need to waste a lot of time at airports that would not have been required with the flights you originally bought, and ask for lounge passes. They should at least give you that.

what it is is that you have to change at vienna its a 1 hour wait but swiss then goes to riyadh picks up passengers from there and then goes to jeddah which increases the time with austrian airlines it goes direct to jeddah
