Erm, considering my plans to do the Great Yorkshire Run (also 10k, also in September) are looking a bit too ambitious at the moment then... no :rotfl:

I have a treadmill at home so I really should go on that to tone up my legs and bum and burn some cals..............its just soooooooo boring. I can last about 10 mins then I loose the will to draw breath:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Woohoo! :j I'm free all week.... well I'm not.... but I could be for Brad... don't worry about Angelina... she can come along too... just maybe not the kids.

Sorry I_A. Brad was all for it - even offered to supply the cherry lambrini and some creme eggs but Angelina said no. She's such a Moo!:p

Guess I'll have to earn those medals the old fashioned way...
