cannot get my laptop to recognise my topfield

Hi I ave windows vista on my laptop and I cannot get it to recognse my topfield.

I would like to be able to d/l programmes from my toppy and put them on my zen

I have been to toppy.co.uk and they didn't seem to help much.

I d/l wuppy and this recognised the topfield and d/l the programmes but they wouldn't play on vlc r any other programme I d/l. then d/l the windows zip thing but I couldn't get it to work and now wuppy won't work at all.

Does anyone else have this problem could you give e a direct link to what I need to d/l to make this work?

.rec to DVD though you can choose to convert to another format.

Have you tried the Altair program for downloading files from your toppy to PC? Get it here.

You'll still have to convert the files, as mention by Donnie above.
