Energyhelpline Cashback - Official Response

Hi guys,

We've noticed that there's been some cases in recent weeks of people not having received their Cashback from Energyhelpline after switching using our MSE Cashback link.

We contacted them directly, and they have given us the most common explanations for this problem. If none of the following fit, it is recommended that you call them direct on 0800 074 0745.

Here we go:

• The customer thinks they will receive the payment straightaway, but Energyhelpline need to wait until the supplier informs us that the switch has gone live and have paid us the commission.
• The customer expects to receive a cheque, but most people are paid by BACS
• They may have been paid already but do not realise it went straight into their account from ‘Fundraising Innovations’.
• They might not make the switch straight away. Sometimes they make a comparison, leave it at that then come directly to the energyhelpline site so the correct marketing source is not entered. "
