help with planning hol next year for 5 of us please

looking to book our hols for may 2009 but having trouble finding somewhere where is cheaply prices really

would like to go all inclusive although really flexible there and ideally have 1 room for us all children will be 7,4 and 1.2 adults also

would like to go spain or portugal,dont like long flights so 2 hours is just fine with me!

hope someone can help or has had the same problem as it seems to be alot of places only do 2 rooms

oh also near a beach would be even better

no flexible on dates as long as it is after start of may can do anytime up till august
