Thomas Cook VIP voucher - how better is the rate?

I need to get £350 worth of Euros for my trip France next month and wondered if anyone has used Thomas Cook VIP voucher and how much better a rate do you get compared to the likes Post Office etc as I need to collect.

I recently used the Thomas Cook VIP voucher and appear to have got about 5% increase on the exchange rate that they were advertising. It seemed a good deal, and I was satisfied, but who knows?
