HELP - Cancelling car insurance - Privelege ?

HI
I have taken out car insurance with Privelege but have not recieved any documents. In between this i have been offered a different car but they do not cover it for insurance and therefore i need to go elsewhere...
Does anyone know if i have a 14 day period in which to have a full refund with this company ?
I cannot find anything on their website.
I have paid it in full.
Anyone help me on this
