Really sorry to hear you've had such problems with this. I think you have to go back to the website you won it from and tell them. Maybe you could include the link to the competition (although I'd also print it out to be on the safe side). If they can't help you and you're sure you haven't got the right prize you could try to find the person who runs the website. Failing that, it's a complaint to the ISP. Make sure you keep all email correspondence, though, or a note of any phone calls.

sorry i have had a search and cannot find another one, for that site. i would get back on to them and them the wrong has been delivered maybe its the supplier whos at fault, and the site dont realise the wrong has been delivered.

I know this is probably a long shot, but, could the prize you received today be from a different competition? There were loads of comps for the basic Weber kettle bbq and Carlsberg and just the bbq on it's own. Just a thought!

Your £500 quid one could still be on it's way :T Hope so anyway

That's we were hoping at first so we opened the top a little to get the letter and it's from this is london so must be the same competition. I emailed them earlier but heard nothing so gonna phone in the morning.

Also the carlsberg I was expecting to be a proper case but its four packs in a scruffy cardboard box with the end date next month

It's just a bit disappointing after the excitement of winning a fab prize xxx

Ella, I am sorry to hear that. Get on the case of This is London, I'm sure theres info in Velvet Gloves fab thread on how to take things further (or threaten them if needs be)
