Timeshare Fraud

I recently responded to a National TV advertising campaign by a company called ETOO as I wanted to sell my timeshare. I paid a fee (Thankfully by credit card, which we think we can claw back). The Company requested that I go to Malaga to meet a buyer and conclude a deal, we went at our expense, only to find that ETOO had tee'd us up to see a fraudulent concierge service, who wanted us to spend thousands on a holiday club. We did not proceed and came straight home, with our timeshare. ETOO are still advertising nationally and I believe they should be stopped. I have probably been swindled out of about £1,600 in total, including their fee and a wasted trip to a place I didn't ever want to visit. Is there anything I can do legally to recover losses and how can we stop others falling prey to these fraudsters?
