Is there a price comparison site for tyres?

Unless you're completely happy fitting them yourself, then you not only want decent quality tyres, but you want them properly-fitted too.
If you try http://www.blackcircles.com/ then call your local Micheldever/Protyre (http://www.protyre.co.uk/) to see if they can beat it, you'll probably get a pretty good combination of price and capable fitting. Incidentally, Blackcircles uses Protyre as one of their fitters!0 -
I use http://www.mytyres.co.uk/start.html.
Remember to either arrange fitting or price that in to the deal if not included allow about £10 per tyre (maybe £15 in the deep south)0 -
Here is what i used to do.
Go to black circles and get their best price. They will then give you the postcode of your "local fitter".
Now get the phonebook and work out from the postcode who that fitter is. Normally it will be a small independant tyre place.
Call said fitter directly, ask for a quote and normally his quote will beat black circles etc.0 -
There's a list of the most mentioned (online) tyre retailers here:
