Gameplay - excellent service

I purchased a couple of games from www.gameplay.co.uk last week for my sons birthday. One of the games was a reduced price game of £2.99 in the sale as an extra present for him. I selected free delivery and it arrived this morning. Unfortunately the game was not the one that I ordered, so I phoned them up and infomed them. The lady was very apologetic about it and typed in the details to send a replacement out. With it being a sale game, they had sold out, so she said they would send the latest version out as the replacement and it wouldn't cost me anything else. Just had a notification that it has been despatched and they have sent it by special delivery too to ensure that it arrives by his birthday which is later on this week.

This is excellent service from them.

I ordered Rayman raving rabbids wii game from Gameplay yesterday and it arrived this morning, how fantastic is that service :eek:
You dont expect companies to get parcels out that quick, especially when I opted for free, 2nd class postage. Im really impressed, so much in fact ive actually emailed them cos the service is fantastic
